சிம்புவுக்கு முதல் தடவையாக பொறுப்பான,படத்தைக் காவிச் செல்லும் ஒரு பாத்திரம்.உணர்ந்து உருகி அடங்கி நடித்திருக்கிறார்.அழகாக,இளமையாக, வீதிகளில் நாம் பார்க்கும் ஒரு இளைஞனை ஞாபகப்படுத்துகிறார்.
முதல் தடவையாக சிம்புவை நான் ரசித்தது இந்தப் படத்திலே தான்.
பாடல் காட்சிகளில் துள்ளல்,துடிப்பையும்,த்ரிஷாவைத் துரத்தி துரத்திக் காதலிக்கும் போது ஒரு த்ரில்லான சுவையையும் ரசித்தேன்.
ஒரே ஒரு சண்டைக்காட்சியும் ரசனையானது.சிம்புவின் ஆடை வடிவமைப்பு மிக இயல்பாக அழகாக இருக்கிறது.இப்படியே தொடர்ந்து தெரிவு செய்து நடியுங்களேன்.. ரசிக்கிறோம்.
த்ரிஷா ஜெசியாக பொருந்திப் போகிறார்.ஆனால் நான் இதுவரை பார்த்த கேரளாப் பெண்களிலிருந்து வித்தியாசமாகத் தெரிகிறார். அழகு என்று சொல்ல முடியாது..ஆனாலும் ஒரு ஈர்ப்பு இருக்கிறது.சில காட்சிகளில் முகத்தில் ஒரு அசதி.
ஆனாலும் நடிப்பினால் மனசெல்லாம்,மௌனம் பேசியதே,சாமி,கிரீடம் திரைப்படங்களுக்குப் பிறகு ஐந்தாவது தடவையாக த்ரிஷாவை ரசித்தேன்.
கௌதம் மேனன் பொருத்தம் பார்த்து தான் ஜெசியை கார்த்திக்கை விட ஒரு வயது கூடியவலாகக் காட்டியுள்ளார்.அது இயக்குனர் டச் தான்.
காரணம் த்ரிஷாவின் முகத்தில் முதிர்ச்சி தெரிகிறதொடு,தோற்றத்தில் சிம்புவை விட சில காட்சிகளில் உயரமாகவும் இருக்கிறார்.
ஆனால் நெருக்கமான காதல் காட்சிகளில் அப்படியொரு இயல்பும் உணர்வும் வெளிப்படுகிறது. நெருங்காமல் காதலுக்கு மரியாதை பாணியில் உருகும்போதும் மனதைத் தொடுகிறார்கள்.காதல் வழியும் காட்சிகளில் கமெராவும்,இசையும் காதலூட்டுகின்றன.
ஆனாலும் வி.தா.வ பல காட்சிகள் நகரும் தன்மை மணிரத்தினத்தின் படம் பார்க்கும் உணர்வைத் தருவது நெருடலாக இருக்கிறது. ரஹ்மானின் இசை,சுருக்க வசனங்கள்,துரிதமாக மாறும் காட்சிகள்,அதிகமில்லாப் பாத்திரங்கள் காரணமாக இருக்கலாம்.
பம்பாய், உயிரே,அலைபாயுதே திரைப்படங்களின் தாக்கங்கள் எம்மைப் போலவே கௌதம் மேனனுக்குமா?
அவரே சுய வாக்குமூலமாக சிம்பு மூலமாக உயிரேயின் ரஹ்மானின் இசையை ஹம் செய்ய வைக்குமிடம் சபாஷ்.
தன்னைத் தானே சுய கிண்டல் செய்யும் மற்றொரு இடம் - கௌதம் மேனனா? அவர் தான் தமிழ்ப் படங்களை இங்களிஷ்ல எடுப்பாரே அவரா?
ஆனாலும் கௌதம் மேனன் திருந்துவதாக இல்லை.. சரளமாக ஆங்கிலமும்,சர்வசாதரணமாக ஆங்கிலக் கேட்ட வார்த்தைகளும் படம் முழுவதும்.நல்ல காலம் தலைப்பு தமிழிலேயே வைக்கவேண்டும் என்றிருப்பது.
இன்னொன்று கௌதம் மேனனின் வழமையான ஹீரோ சூர்யாவின் பாதிப்பு சில இடங்களில் சிம்புவில் தெரிகின்றன.

படத் தயாரிப்பாளர்களில் ஒருவரான கணேஷ் - காக்க காக்க ஒளிப்பதிவாளர் என அறிமுகத்தோடு படம் முழுக்க சிம்புவின் வயது மூத்த நண்பராக. இவர் தான் கொஞ்சம் சிரிக்க வைக்கிறார்.மனிதர் பேசுவது ரசனையாக இருக்கிறது.
உலகத்தில் இத்தனை பொண்ணுங்க இருக்கும்போது ஜெசியை ஏண்டா காதலிச்சோம்? என்று சிம்பு அடிக்கடி கேட்கும் வசனத்தை இவர் மாற்றிக் கேட்கும் இடம் ரசனை.
இதே கேள்வியை இன்னொருமுறை த்ரிஷா கேட்கும் இடம் டச்சிங்..

நானும் மனைவியும் மூன்றரை நாட்கள் தேனிலவுக்காக சுற்றித் திரிந்த ஆலப்புழாவையும்,அழகான படகு வீடுகள்,நீர்ப்பரப்புகளையும் மேலும் அழகாக திரையில் இசைப்புயலின் மெல்லிய இசைப்பின்னணியில் பார்க்கையில் மேலும் மனம் கொள்ளை போகிறது.மீண்டும் காதலிக்க சொல்கிறது.
கௌதம் மேனனுக்கு துணை வந்துள்ள இன்னொருவர் எடிட்டர் அன்டனி. இரண்டாம் பாகம் தோய்ந்துவிழும் நேரத்திலும் கை கொடுப்பவர் அவரே. ஓரளவாவது சுவைக்க செய்கிறார்.
உண்மையில் இடைவேளைக்குப் பின்னர் முக்கள் மணி நேரமாவது படம் மூச்சு வாங்கி இளைத்து இழுக்கிறது.கௌதம் மேனன் இதற்கு ஏதாவது செய்திருக்கலாம்.
ஆனால் அதையெல்லாம் ஈடுகட்டுவது போல இறுதிக் காட்சிகளில் எதிர்பாராத,ஏங்க வைக்கும் திருப்பம்.
அந்த துணை இயக்குனராக வரும் பெண் அழகோ அழகு. த்ரிஷாவை தூக்கிக் கடாசி விடும் அழகு. கார்த்திக்(சிம்பு) தான் தவற விட்டு விட்டார். ;)
